Day 84: Skipped the Paper Towels in Public Restroom

Day 84: Air Dried Hands in Public Restroom
I used a public restroom today and air dried my hands. No, I didn’t use an air dryer. I used the actual air (ok that and I wiped them on my pants a bit), but I didn’t use any paper towels.

According to PlanetGreen about 3,000 tons of waste gets dumped into the landfills everyday.

By skipping the paper towels in a public restroom, you can help reduce that number.

Thanks for the great reminder.

Today I reminded myself to bring a couple of jars with us when we go out of town to visit relatives for Thanksgiving. That way, if we leave with leftovers, we don't have to use disposable plastic or paper plates.

Good call on that. Love the mason jars. I got crazy amounts of them. Use them for so much.
