Day 85: Used Computer to Write Notes

I was on the phone and used my computer to write down directions instead of reusing a piece of paper like I did a few weeks ago.

The EPA says that each year the US uses about 85 million tons of paper and paperboard.

What was your simple green act for the day?

    Do you have the stickies widget? I pull up the widgets in a corner, and just start typing on the post-it. It's great for typing a quick phone # or website. You can even cut and paste.

    You probably know all this already.
  • I've never used the stickies widget. I usually always have text editor open, so I use that.

    You could also use junk mail. Lord knows there is plenty of it.
  • That's what I did last time, but this time cut the paper out all together.
