Day 239: Rolled Windows Down In Car When Driving Slow

I rolled down the windows in the car instead of turning on the car’s air conditioner when driving at a slow speed to increase fuel efficiency,

Now that I’m living in Los Angeles, I don’t have the luxury of being able to walk or take public transportation everywhere like I did in NYC. I’m still in the market for a bike.

Since I’m driving, I’m attempting to do it in the most eco-friendly manner.

When driving at lower speeds, it’s more efficient to roll the windows. If you are driving at higher speeds, it’s more efficient to drive with the air on and windows closed.
