Day 167: Air Dryed Clothes

Day 167: Air Dryed Clothes

After washing laundry in cold water with some eco-friendly soap, some of the clothes were hung up to air dry.

According to GreenYour, “Air-drying some or all of your wet laundry could save you $135 in energy costs every year, prevent tons of CO2 from entering the atmosphere, and might result in less wear-and-tear on clothes.” Get more info on air drying your wet laundry.

What was your simple green act for the day?

It sure results in less wear and tear on clothes. I still have many clothes bought 15, 20 years ago and they are in excellent condition.
Viva the clothes-lines and the clothes-pins!
It gives a little more work, but the nature thanks.
